For the first couple of weeks poor Bobby was unwell and after going to and fro to the vets it turned out that he was suffering with chronic colitis. After a special diet and medication he is now in tip top condition and making up for lost time!
Bobby has made lots of new friends but is still best buddies with my little Westie called Hamish and love to go on long walks together. Bobby can often be seen at my salon playing with all the doggies that are in for a groom on that day and has even taken part in a bit of modelling for me as you can see from the photos below.
Bobby doesn't seem to mind having his picture taken which is more than can be said for my Hamish!
At the end of June this year Bobby will be going on his first mini holiday with me, my mum and of course Hamish for a few days. I will let you know how he gets on and will post more pictures around that time for you to see how happy he is.
In the meantime, Bobby can be seen and met at our Fund Raising Event on Sunday 29th May 2011 at Furzton Lake from 12.00pm onwards where we will be trying to raise as much funds as possible for SOS Animals and for HULA Animal Rescue. SOS Animals and HULA Animal Rescue will be there accompanied by some of their dogs that have been lucky enough to have found their 'forever homes'. Pictures of this event will also be added at that time.
